  • Clinical support: Our care assessments are carried out by our Registered Nurses. Our nurses are able to assist our Service Users or staff with any clinical queries.
  • Assured arrival times: We factor in travel time when booking your Carer. Your Carer should arrive on time (unless affected by rare extenuating circumstances).
  • Robust recruitment process: We only recruit individuals with a passion for care. We profile test all applicants to assess their suitability for the role. All potential staff are personally interviewed by our Managing Director, Simon Cristol. We offer extensive training to enhance the development of our work force. All our staff are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked.
  • Continuity of Carers: We will liaise with you to ensure you are happy with your Carers. These Carers will then become a permanent feature in your rota.
  • Investors in People award: This is testament to our commitment to training, developing and supporting our work force.
