Q: What does a Carer do?
A: Our Carers can assist with activities of daily living such as washing and dressing, meal preparation, light domestic chores, outdoor activities, shopping or more complex care requirements.

Q: Can the Carer drive my car?
A: Yes, if you have the required insurance cover.

Q: Will I always have the same Carer?
A: We endeavour to ensure that you have continuity of care.

Q: Are your staff police checked?
A: All our staff have been checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Q: Do I need to feed the Carer?
A: Only if the Carer lives in, or for shifts longer than six hours.

Q: For full time live in care, would I need to pay their council tax?
A: No

Q: Are your Carers trained?
A: All staff are trained prior to commencing work. We train staff in 11 different subjects. Additional training is carried out for staff within specialist roles. All training is carried out by our qualified trainers.
